2010
Start up of PV Systems division for distribution of PV modules and installations of PV systems in India.
The total installed PV module production capacity increases to 135 MW.
EMMVEE enters into a long-term supply agreement with Bosch Solar Energy and Gintech, leading providers of Solar cells. Bosch supplies both mono- and polycrystalline cells and Gintech supplies polycrystalline cells for EMMVEE's module production.
2009
From July onwards EMMVEE has two fully automated manufacturing lines from 3S Modultec for PV crystalline modules production.
Expansion of total module production capacity to 65 MW.
In February, Inauguration of the most advanced production plant at new site in Bengaluru, India for manufacturing complete Solar Water Heating systems. The plant is India's largest state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and also probably biggest in Asia.
2008
EMMVEE reaches a sales volume of almost 6 MW of PV modules in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, and UK)
EMMVEE concludes long-term supply agreement for PV cells with Q-Cells, the leading provider of solar cells. Q-Cells supplies both mono- and poly crystalline cells to EMMVEE for its production of PV modules.
2007
Joint venture with Danish associated company, Solar Cap A/S (Velux) with the objective of building a new factory with state-of-the-art production facilities for compact Solar Thermal systems.
Opening of the sales agencies in Berlin and in Heppenheim, Germany for distribution of PV modules in Europe.
2006
Foundation of EMMVEE Lightings division to produce Solar lighting systems for the Asian market.
Foundation of EMMVEE Photovoltaics Power Pvt. Ltd. with a manufacturing capacity of 15 MWp. The yields of the crystalline PV modules produced were from 160 Wp to 235 Wp.
2005
Foundation of EMMVEE Toughened Glass division to produce Toughened glass for EMMVEE's in house production needs and other sectors like construction, architecture, furniture and engineering industries.
2001
EMMVEE set up state-of-the-art production plant for complete Solar Thermal systems. The company continues to increase its share of the Indian Solar Thermal market by reaching more than 25% market share in India.
1992
Foundation of EMMVEE Solar Systems Private Ltd. in Bengaluru, India by the present proprietor and Managing Director, Mr. D. V. Manjunatha to manufacture and distribute complete Solar Thermal systems.
